Once students have been admitted to the master course, they should enrol online.

Note: students that still don’t have a bachelor degree have to graduate before the 31st of December. After that, they have to enrol before the 31st of January.
In the meantime, students can attend courses and exams: their grades will be stored and registered after enrollment.

Italian citizens

  1. Login to the “SIFA Services”
    Choose Enrolment and Renewal > Enrolment > 2. Enrolment in Second Cycle courses
  2. Enter the required details and upload a photo of the identity document (JPG, PNG, BMP max 2 Mb)
  3. Pay the first instalment of the enrolment fee using your credit/debit card or the MAV printable.
    The MAV can be paid at any bank in Italy. For more information on fees and exemptions, go on the website

An e-mail confirmation will be sent by the Secretariat within one week after the payment.


EU citizens and non-EU living in Italy

  1. Login to the “SIFA Services”
    Choose Enrolment and Renewal > Enrolment > 2. Enrolment in Second Cycle courses
  2. Enter the required details and upload a photo of the identity document (JPG, PNG, BMP max 2 Mb)
  3. Pay the first instalment of the enrolment fee using your credit/debit card or the MAV printable.

  4. deliver the required documents to the International Students Desk.

Non-EU citizens without an Italian residence permit

  1. Hand in the documents given by the Italian Consulate/Embassy to the International Students Desk (please bring the original and a make copy to leave at the office)
  2. Collect the enrolment form and the proper bank form
  3. Pay the first instalment of the enrolment fee at any BancaIntesa
  4. Deliver the filled out enrolment form and the recepit of payment to the International Students Desk

In order to enrol, students must submit the following documents (please bring the original and make a copy to leave at the office):

  • Bachelor degree along with authentication or Diploma Supplement
  • Copy of the Secondary School Diploma (in Italian, English, French Spanish or German)
  • Passport/identity card
  • Italian taxcode (codice fiscale)
  • Valid residence permit (permesso di soggiorno) for non-EU citizens
  • Admission fee receipt
  • Enrolment fee receipt

The MAV (payment slip) is a common form of payment in Italy with an Identification Code to identify each individual payment in an overall process, in this case the enrollment of each student. The MAV can be paid in cash in any bank (not Post Office).
